This 1959 Ford Galaxie 500 is a beautiful example of late 50s American styling, with its longer, lower, and wider body and rear fins. The car has remained largely original as part of the Dennis Carpenter collection. While the Raven Black finish has aged, the body remains straight and true. The ‘Thunderbird’ roofline and chrome rear fender skirts are classic touches. The interior, with Torch Red vinyl upholstery and Raven Black fabric, shows wear but remains serviceable. Powered by the original 352ci V8 H-code engine with a 4-barrel Holley carburetor, this survivor is paired with a 3-speed automatic transmission. It also features a new exhaust system and some updated components, though it does show signs of age.
